I don't know anyone who doesn't have some bit of a sweet tooth. My theory is NOT to avoid sweet treats altogether, that's a sure fire way to splurge on a craving when it hits you at the wrong time and you go with a poor choice.
Rather, I embrace my sweet tooth and make many different kinds of sweet treats that are actually incredibly healthful with loads of sacred and super foods in them.
No one has to feel bad about having a cookie, a bowl of ice cream or a yummy peanut butter or peppermint chocolate cup when they are made with great ingredients!!!
