This includes a robust and diverse pantry of herbs, spices, fats and oils, vinegars, bulk dried goods and produce to always have on hand. These help us to make nourishing meals whenever we want/need them, either in bulk cooking and storing for later, or in a pinch and pulling a healthy meal together in minutes.
On this call we'll explore how to give your pantry a make-over with essential items; what to look for in purchasing them and where; how and when to use and store them; as well as their nutrient components so you can make all of your meals easy and more nutrient-dense.
