Eggs, outside of breast milk, are considered natures perfect food. In China, it is recommended that a woman healing from birth and breastfeeding eat upwards of 10-12 eggs a day.

Women everywhere are faced with their appearance being a part of their value. As much as we don't want to admit it, it is part of most woman's reality. Body image myths can play a serious role in the physical and emotional health of women and causes so many women and young girls to the brink of eating disorders. Shame is a very intense emotion that we ALL have to some degree. I don't know anyone who doesn't have some bit of a sweet tooth. My theory is NOT to avoid sweet treats altogether, that's a sure fire way to splurge on a craving when it hits you at the wrong time and you go with a poor choice.

Rather, I embrace my sweet tooth and make many different kinds of sweet treats that are actually incredibly healthful with loads of sacred and super foods in them. 

No one has to feel bad about having a cookie, a bowl of ice cream or a yummy peanut butter or peppermint chocolate cup when they are made with great ingredients!!!

Let's admit it... Everyone is pretty darned busy these days. We are always on the go, either in school, at work or going from meeting to meeting.
